This policy applies to orders for hydration bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, accessories, and bundles. We normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 2–4 business days, but carrier timing is not guaranteed.
Any free-shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are provided when the carrier supports them.
Please contact us with the order number and checkout email if a shipment is delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged. Carrier scans, delivery records, photographs, and packaging details may be requested while we review the matter. Delivery limits can apply to certain destinations, products, or carrier services.
